Promulgating the decision to strengthen patent administrative enforcement

On June 27, The State Intellectual Property Office has formulated and promulgated the "Decision on Strengthening the Administrative Law Enforcement of Patents" (hereinafter referred to as the "Decision").

The "Decision" is divided into three parts: system construction, mechanism construction and capacity building. Combined with the actual situation, it has clarified 18 specific work measures such as promoting the formulation and improvement of patent protection laws and regulations and strengthening the patent administrative law enforcement responsibility system.
